Subject: Two requests from Jim and Evelyn

Dear Friends,

Here in Europe the dollar used to be worth more than a Euro-dollar. Now it is worth about 77 Euro-cents! So our account has slipped and slid into the red ink in spite of the continuing generous and faithful support of our friends. These international monetary issues are beyond our understanding and control, but our sovereign Lord has even that in His hands.

On Tuesday (tomorrow) our seminary director Dr. Stadelmann will meet with a commission of the accrediting agency, which will then make a decision regarding the accreditation of the seminary (though we may not be informed of their decision for a couple of weeks). Please pray that God will be glorified whether or not the seminary gains government recognition. We ask for your prayers that God be honored and pleased with the further growth and development of the seminary, with or without accreditation.
